Parkland Taekwondo Center has been changing the lives of athletes for over 40 years years. Our goal is not only to create the next generation of martial artists, but to build a better world. We cultivate the confidence and skill set of every student that walks through our doors, whether it’s your first class or you’re already a black belt. My family and I visited the center twice this week for an introduction and trial class. During the introduction Coach Marco was very patient and gave me clear, honest details about the class and his expectations - which is what I look for as I'm searching for activities. Our introduction to the program was amazing! My son had a chance to see a class in progress and he literally cried when we left the introduction because he wanted to stay. He warmed up to the group quickly and was happy during the session. I could see his engagement growing as the session progressed and he was happy to participate with his new classmates! He was excited to share his moves and uniform with the rest of our family that evening. Coach Marco has such a gentle approach and really did treat us all as family just as the previous reviews have stated.
